life lesson

It’s better to keep,

Everything in life,

In perspective

And if you don’t like the way it looks,

Turn around

And look the other way

If that view isn’t any better,

Just take a stroll down any city street,

In the middle of the night

Take a look at where you might be,

Then think again about your problems

Not quite so big?

You can thank me later

Subtle Nods And Master Plans

Subtle nods, to the nodes of embellishment

Letting go, all which holds us

Bringing down, this house of cards

Fooled once, but never again

Such times like these

Such easy times

The ones we take for granted

The ones we piss away

Be quick with the offerings

Set the rest to spoil

For we only live once

So take it

And make it count

Because you only get one shot

Take aim

Breathe with precision and care

Focus on the target

And never lose sight of the master plan
